Smoked fish production – “Transparent Production”
This special show will present technology close-up. A walk-in production line of the whole production process in a smokehouse will demonstrate filleting, seasoning, smoking and packaging of smoked fish. Interested visitors are given access to the production line under real conditions and thus get a chance to gain detailed information on the individual process stages work. Further details...
